Shipping policy
Free shipping
- US orders over $35 ship free. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99.
- Plushie bouquets always ship free within the US. Express bouquet shipping is available for $10.
- Large items (luggage and gaming chairs) show their shipping cost on the product page and at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days after you order.
- US delivery: usually 7 to 15 business days after processing.
- International delivery: usually 10 to 25 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Many of our cute finds come to you from our partner workshops overseas, which is how we keep prices friendly. Holidays and customs can add a few days.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order anytime from your account.
Orders that ship separately
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will never pay extra shipping for this.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking has not updated in 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days, email us at kawaiiiloversclub@gmail.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will fix it before your order ships.
Duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are paid by the customer.
