Overview. This website is operated by Kawaii Lovers Club ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Online store terms. You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to use this site. You may not use our products or site for any illegal purpose.

Products and pricing. We try to show product colors, sizes and details as accurately as we can, but screens vary and small differences can happen. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities or cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price was listed in error; if we do, we will refund you in full.

Orders and payment. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners. We never see or store your full card number. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

Shipping, returns and refunds. Delivery times, returns and refunds are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Accuracy of information. We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. We may update content at any time.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kawaii Lovers Club is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
